1. The organizer of Lucky Trade (hereinafter the Prize Drawing) is FreshForex company (hereinafter the Company)

2. The Prize Drawing is held on real accounts of the Company on the MetaTrader 4 and Metatrader 5 platforms.

3. The Prize Drawing is valid from February 28, 2022, to March 14, 2022.

4. To participate in the Prize Drawing can clients, fulfilled the following conditions in the Prize Drawing period:

   4.1 Clients have registered, opened a new account and confirmed personal data in Client Area;

   4.2 Made lump sum funding of the trading account with 100 USD/100 EUR;

   4.3 Made trading volume on funded account, not less than 0.1 standard close lot (for ProCent accounts 10 lots).

5. Clients have the right to use a few trading accounts, fulfilled the requirements of clause 4 of these terms, to increase the chances for victory.

6. Every client’s account fulfilled the requirements of clause 4 of these terms, will participate in the prize drawing. A current list of participants’ accounts will publish on this page https://profit.freshforex.com/luckytrade (hereinafter the Prize Drawing Page).

7. The prizes of the Prize Drawing:

7.1. iPhone 13 Pro smartphone or its money equivalent, but not more than $1 500 to the winner's trading account;

7.2. $300 of real funds to the winner's trading account;

7.3. $500 of real funds to the winner's trading account.

8. The winner will be chosen randomly among all Participants during 14 calendar days after the Prize Drawing will end. The Prize Drawing results will be published on the Prize Drawing Page.

9. Prizes are awarded to the winners within 7 days from the moment when the winner is determined.

10. In case of the Company’s regulatory documents violation, the Organizer of the Prize Drawing reserves the right to disqualify the Participant at any moment without prior notification and without providing a reason.

11. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms and time limits of the competition by publishing new terms on the Prize Drawing Page.
