1. The organizer of the "Battle of Profits" contest (hereinafter the Contest) is FreshForex Company (hereinafter Company).

2. The contest is held on the Company's real accounts on the MetaTrader 4 platform.

3. The Contest period is from October 16 to November 30, 2022.

4. A client of the Company who has fulfilled the following conditions on at least one trading account during the period of the Contest becomes a Participant in the Contest:

4.1. confirmed participation on the Contest page https://myfreshforex.com/rating;

4.2. funded trading account from 180 USD or the equivalent in the currency of the trading account;

4.3. did not have open positions at the time of funding;

4.4. made a total volume of new transactions of at least 1.80 standard lots (180 lots for ProCent accounts).

5. The participant is allowed:

5.1. Use several trading accounts to increase the chances of winning.

5.2. Use automated trading systems ("Expert Advisors").

5.3. Use any trading strategy, if it does not contradict the Regulatory Documents of the Company.

6. The client terminates participation in the contest on the account and fixes his result in the following cases:

6.1. Making new funding of the trading account for any amount;

6.2. At the end of the competition period;

7. The client can take part in the contest on one trading account numerous times by following paragraphs 4.2-4.4 of these conditions again. After these conditions are fulfilled, the calculation of the final indicator in the ranking starts over again;

8. To win, the participant must receive the maximum final indicator, determined during the period of the Contest as follows:

8.1 The client participates in the Contest:

((Floating profit = Equity - Balance) + Trading result) / (Balance after funding + Balance operations after funding (minus funding))

Example:

The client's balance before the start of the Contest is 500 USD. Funding for participation in the contest was 300 USD. At the end of the reporting day, the client had a trading result (financial result on closed profitable transactions, including swaps and commissions) of 123 USD and balance operations (payments on the Cashback share) in the amount of 20 USD and a floating profit of 50 USD.

Final result: (50 USD + 123 USD) / (800+20) = 0.21 (21%)

8.2. The client completed participation in the competition:

(Trading result + Balance transactions)/ (Balance + Balance transactions after funding (minus funding))

Example:

The client's balance before the start of the Contest is 100 USD. Funding for participation in the Contest was 200 USD. At the end of the completion of participation in the contest, the client had a Balance of 590 USD, a trading result (financial result on closed profitable transactions, including swaps and commissions) of 300 USD, and balance operations (write-offs of Swap free commissions) in the amount of 10 USD.

Final result: (300 USD + (-10 USD)) / (300+(-10)) = 1 (100%)

9. The client's account is automatically excluded from the rating in case of creating an application for withdrawal of funds from the account or transfer of funds to another account;

10 The Company publishes interim results of indicators for the Contest participants on the Contest page [URL]. If the client participated in the contest several times on the same account, then the best result is displayed in the rating;

11. Determination of winners and crediting of prizes will be made within 10 calendar days from the end of the Contest.

12. The winners are 100 accounts with the best total indicator specified in clause 8.2 of these conditions at the time of the Contest completion.

13. If the values of the indicators are the same for one or more participants, then the priority is given to the participant who made the first transaction since the start of the Contest before the others.

14. The prize fund of the Contest is 180,000 USD, which is distributed among the best participants as follows:

1st place – 100 000 USD

2nd place – 30 000 USD

3rd place – 10 000 USD

4th place – 5 000 USD

5th place – 2,000 USD

6th place – 2,000 USD

7th place – 2,000 USD

8th place – 2 000 USD

9th place – 1 000 USD

10th place – 1 000 USD

from 11th place to 50th place – 500 USD

from 51st place to 100th place – 100 USD

15. The prize amount is credited to the "Balance" field and is available for trading and withdrawal without restrictions. If the currency of the winner's account differs from the US dollar, the prize amount is credited at the Company's internal rates.

16. To prevent abuse of the conditions, the organizer of the Contest reserves the right to disqualify the participant at any time without notice and explanation of the reason.

17. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions of this competition.
